Skipping windows when scanning fingers using Windows 10

Postby Aggie » 27 Feb 2016, 22:59

Hi.
I downloaded software on tablet with Windows 10 , during scanning fingers the window from tomb finger skipping to middle finger when pressing scan button and the finger is in the Bio Well device. Same thing happens with other fingers. I bought another tablet , the same model thou, and the same thing happening. Is that Windows 10 or software issues?

Also couple of ideas to improve software.
1. Would be great to be able to send report for a client when comparing scans. ( not two or three separate )
2. And if we could send reports directly from the software without saving them on the computer.

Thanks. :)

Dear Aggie,

1. Do you have sensor screen on your tablet?
Such behaviour can be due to sensor screen sensing the high voltage impulse of the Bio-Well device. Try to keep the Bio-Well device during capturing process as far from the screen as possible.

2. You mean creating a comparison report? Thank you for the proposal - we will think about adding this feature.

3. Interesting idea. We will add a button that will create a letter in your mailing program with this report attached. Thank you!
