Report in Mac Book

Hello all,


I cannot print my reports anymore, since there is no option showing on my Macbook. Anyone with the same problem? Any advise and help on this topic please.

What version of bio-Well dou have ?

I installed the latest version of the software, and my Bio-Well is serial no. FTY3AP9G, issued on 11.2014.

Did you have some third-party software that may affect other programs? The fact that the top of the window should be a toolbar with button "Print", but it is hidden for unknown reasons.

Hello, I dont have any third-part software installed, so I dont' know why the toolbar is hidden. Any ideas how I could solve that? Thanks

Try this:

1. Close Bio-Well
2. Run Terminal
3. In terminal window run this command:
Code: Select all
rm ~/Library/Application\ Support/Bio-Well/Bio-Well/config.ini

4. Run bio-Well again
