Download error of results

Hi there
I had the Bio-Well and Sputnik continuously running for several days, exactly from Thursday, 19th of March until this morning, 29th of March.
Unfortunately, the results will not download. The session is showing in the list. When I click on it, I get the message: Wird geladen. Dowload fehlgeschlagen.
Has my 10-days-long test now failed, which would be a disaster, or can you help?

Dear Richard,

We had no experience in runing such long tests in Bio-Well in online mode.
We recommend to do such longterm tests in offline mode - then there should be no problems in uploading the results afterwards.
Please send me your Bio-Well login and name of the experiment to orlov@bio-well.com.
We will try to extract the data.
