Demo mode will not change

Dear friends,
I was so very much looking forward to using my Bio-Well device which arrived yesterday. I am now a paid member of the Bio-Well setup since more than 1 day, as it's stated in my account, but every time I open the software, I have the demo mode.
Can you imagine my frustration?
What am I doing wrong?
Fast support would be very appreciated.
